You'll learn how to design, plant, and care for a container that's beautiful to look at and delicious to cook from. Every flower is edible. Every herb is flavorful. Every decision is yours.
What to Expect
Small group, outdoor setting, good company.
No experience necessary, beginners to gardening welcome!
Approximately 90 - 120 minutes.
01 / Herbal Bites + Bev
Arrive to plant-inspired light snacks and beverages.
02 / Meet the Plants
We’ll take some time to become acquainted with the curated plant collection: some traditional varieties and some that may be new-to-you! We’ll review growing styles, care guidelines, harvesting techniques, and how to enjoy your harvest.
03 / Dig In + Design
Then we'll dig in! We'll mix premium organic soil as a group, learning about each component along the way.
We'll guide you through the design principles so what you create works beautifully together. We offer three container directions to choose from or you mix and match freely with what speaks to you, reflecting your taste and your space.

What’s Included:
Your container: a 14–18" pot to plant and take home
Premium organic soil mix: coco coir, compost, perlite, vermiculite, and worm castings
Your plants: about 4-6 plants chosen from a large, curated seasonal selection
Plant care cards: care and harvest guides for every plant you choose
Recipe cards: real recipes using what you just planted
Plant-inspired light snacks and beverage
Edible flower and herb tastings, when available

We also believe that beautiful spaces and edible ones don't have to be separate. These workshops are for anyone who wants to build some confidence in the garden while making their space more alive: more fragrant, more flavorful, more theirs.
